CONTENT DELIVERY PLAN - LEADERSHIP

Participants will receive an overview of the theme and specific topics that will be covered before each session. They will be asked to be prepared to discuss issues related to the topic. The sessions will be managed from the following agenda.  

TIME ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION

9:00 - 9:30 A.M.  - Introduction 
9:30 - 10:00 A.M. - Framework: Going over the  purpose of the roundtable session and agenda for the day.  
10:00 - 10:45 A.M. - Icebreaker: Activities for each roundtable sessions are designed to fit the theme and topic for the day and to set a positive tone.
10:45 - 11:00 A.M. - Break

11:00 – 11:30 A.M. - Topic Overview: Going over a general overview of the specific theme and topic and how it is applied to participants. 
11:30 A.M. – 12:30 P.M. - Lunch Break

12:30 P.M. – 1:30 P.M. - Discussion 1: Participants are divided into groups, given a specific issue, share experiences, and explore possible solutions through a facilitated discussion.
1:30 P.M. – 2:30 P.M. - Short Video/presentation related to issue in discussion 1 & discussion 2
Participants reflect on discussion 1, apply what they have learned from the short video, and explore possible solutions through a facilitated discussion.
2:30 P.M. – 2:45 P.M. - Break

2:45 P.M. – 3:45 P.M. - Discussion 3
Participants consider what they have learned, connect on how their cultural background and experiences have influenced their work, attitudes, values, and biases, and reflect on their experience while receiving input through a facilitated discussion with their peers.
3:45 P.M. – 4:15 P.M. - Reflection
4:15 P.M. - Adjourn
