Isabelle Garcia

Isabelle Garcia has over ten years of International Management and Intercultural Training experience with corporate and non-profit clients in both the US and South America. She has worked with many major multinational organizations across a wide range of sectors including engineering, technology, and finance, pharmaceutical, and petrochemical industries. Her areas of expertise include Diversity Training, Intercultural Coaching, South American and US Business Training, Relocation and Repatriation Training.

Isabelle’s careers include delivering cultural transition and repatriation training, diversity seminars and cross-cultural courses in support of South American organization mergers and acquisitions, and International Human Resources. She has also worked on projects including Train-the-Trainer, Cultural Adaptability, and developing materials and seminars for diversity training. 

Isabelle has earned an International Relations degree and a Master of Arts in Strategic Training and Development.
