LEADING CHANGE AND BUILDING COALITIONS
Roundtable Description
This course enables participants to understand the different leadership styles. How participants can highlight the need for all, and always be ready for a change in every aspect. While leading through times of differences and changes, how to work within the different styles.
“Change is the only constant in life” Heraclitus. In most cases, the most negative reaction that people display at work is not concerned with money, but with change, and people will resist change for many reasons.
During this course, participants will present an issue they are currently dealing with and receive input through a facilitated discussion with their peers.

Outcomes
As a result of discussions and input from peers, participants will be able to apply what they have learned from this program to achieve the following outcomes:
- Understanding different types of leadership styles.
- The reasons for adverse reaction to change, and increased awareness of own leadership style.
- Ability to understand an organizational vision and to implement it in a continuously changing environment.
- Ability to bring about strategic change, both within and outside the organization, to meet organizational goals.
- A greater understanding of the practical and behavioral challenges of leading teams.
- The opportunity to explore the context and share best practices.
- Ability to build coalitions internally and with other to achieve common goals.
